Courtney L. Kinter, Esq.

Courtney works as an Associate Attorney and has been with the firm since January 2015. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Eastern Kentucky University in 2010 where she graduated Cum Laude. While at EKU she was a participant in the United Nation’s Global Youth Village NGO Global Forum on Human Trafficking and she gave an Honors Thesis on Human Trafficking. She earned her JD and LLM from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 2014. While at ONU she was the Secretary for the International Justice Mission from December 2012 to May 2014. In 2013, she was a Programs and Policy Extern for the United States Department of Defense Combating Trafficking in Persons Program in the Washington DC metro area. Courtney handles cases involving Immigration, and Criminal/Traffic Defense.  Courtney speaks Spanish fluently.

Ryan H. Pfaff, Esq.

Ryan received his B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies with a minor in Arabic from the University of Toledo in 2013.  He earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2016.  While at UC he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review and the President of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Group.  In 2015, he interned with the Executive Office for Immigration Review at the Cleveland Immigration Court.  Ryan handles cases involving Immigration, Domestic Relations, and Personal Injury.  He has been with the firm since July of 2016.

Margaret MacGregor

Margaret “Maggie” MacGregor has been with the law firm since October 2011. She is a Hamilton, Ohio native, and a 2005 graduate of Ross Senior High School. She received her Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in 2010. In addition to her academic achievements, Maggie studied with the famed comedy theater, The Second City in Chicago, Illinois. In her free time she enjoys performing and writing. Maggie serves as the office manager for the West Chester branch of the law firm and assists with the day-to-day office duties along with various Bankruptcy, Immigration, Civil, Traffic and Criminal matters.

Maria Rodriguez Alonso

Maria Rodriguez Alonso has been working as a bilingual legal assistant for the law firm since February 2014. She is originally from San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She graduated from Lakota West High School in 2007 in West Chester, Ohio. In February 2014, she received an English/Spanish interpretation-training certificate from Affordable Language Services in Blue Ash, Ohio. Maria also volunteers as an English/Spanish interpreter at local schools, hospitals and clinics.

Amy Highfill

Amy began her career at Abdallah & Spring in April 2016.  Amy is a bilingual legal assistant at the Centerville, Ohio office.  She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2012.  Amy also earned a second degree in International Affairs along with a minor in Spanish and a certificate in Security Studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2012.  Amy served as the Treasure of Model U.N. at the University of Cincinnati from 2009 through 2012.

Amy is fluent in written and spoken Spanish having previously worked as an interpreter for medical providers.

Through her educational and professional background, Amy is passionate in her support of those in need of legal advocacy, particularity the immigrant community. A graduate from Middletown High School in 2008, she enjoys reading, rock climbing and spending time with her family.

Youstina A. Guindi

Tina is a graduate of Saint Clair College, in Cairo, Egypt.  She also studied at the British University, in Cairo, Egypt.  She currently is a Mass Communications major at Wright State University, in Beavercreek, Ohio.  She speaks, reads, and writes Arabic and English fluently.  She is also proficient in French.  She has been with the firm since July of 2016.

Reneé Colaj

Reneé is a graduate of the University of Findlay where she earned her B.A. in Spanish and TESOL. She has lived abroad in Mexico, Peru, and Guatemala and is fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. She has previously worked for Legal Aid as a community service worker in charge of coordinating presentations about immigrant rights to groups in and around southern Ohio. Reneé has three school aged children, two girls and one boy. She enjoys learning about different cultures and languages. She loves to read, listen to music, and is an adventurous eater and cook.

Krystal Moreno

Krystal is originally from Michoacán, Mexico. She graduated with a Psychology Degree from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio in May 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she had 6 years of experience translating English and Spanish at previous jobs. Since September 2017 she began her career with Abdallah & Spring LPA. She has worked in many industries, as a customer services rep, Lab Tech, New Model Administrator and most recently, before joining the law firm, she worked for 3 years with one of the largest company in Ohio, a company that works with their customers to make the automobiles that contribute to the global economy. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, traveling, working out, and spending time with her loved ones.
